The service
TX Bee Exemption helps organize beekeeping records and prepare county-requested documentation for landowners with an existing Texas beekeeping agricultural valuation. The advertised price is $99 per year. The work to be provided and enrollment arrangements are agreed by email before service begins.
Your information and review
You retain ownership of the records you supply. You authorize us to use them to provide the agreed service. Supply accurate information, retain your original records, and review prepared documents before using or submitting them.
Property operations and district decisions
You or your beekeeper are responsible for the colonies and the actual use of the land. The service does not supply or maintain bees, represent owners in tax protests, or promise continued agricultural valuation. Your appraisal district administers the appraisal and determines what it requires for your property.
